Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. This includes data collected through our website, quote forms, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) integrations.

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Meta's Platform Terms, we are required to delete your data upon request, subject to legal retention obligations (for example, financial and tax records must be retained for 7 years by law).

What Data Can Be Deleted

• Your name, email address, and phone number from our contact records
• Your quote enquiry details
• Any marketing preferences or email subscription data
• Any Meta Pixel data associated with your profile (note: Meta controls this data — we can also remove you from our Custom Audiences)

What Cannot Be Deleted

• Financial records related to completed projects (required by law for 7 years)
• Records required by warranty obligations
• Data required to comply with a legal obligation or court order

For Meta / Facebook App Users

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to our services, you can also manage your data through Facebook's settings:

1. Go to your Facebook Apps & Websites settings
2. Find "Melbourne Made Roofing" and click "Remove"
3. Then complete the form above to ensure all data is removed from our systems
